It looks like the HPLC is waiting for something to be ready but I can not find any info about what it is waiting for. When I launch the run this is what happen:ġ) The status of the system change from 'Not Ready' (in red) to 'Run in progress/data aquisition' (in blu)Ģ) Where it was written 'last run' and '00' it appears 'nRdy Wait' and '10.0'Ĥ) When the countdown arrive at 0.0 a new window appears: 'instrument nRdy timeout occured'ĥ) After that the situation comes back to the starting point (Not ready in red) Make sure that the disaster recovery plan has been tested and confirmed to be working.
Agilent chemstation launcher not responding software#
This plan must include information and procedures for completely restoring the operating system, the software and data. Now, the problem is that the modules are recognised, they have green icons and they look ready but Chemstation is 'not ready' (red) and not turn into the ready mode (green). ChemStation Workstation becoming inoperable due to a hardware or software failure. I disinstalled Chemstation, I disconnected the ELSD, and we re-installed the software. In Empower you can create Reporting methods and put a configurable standard table on the report and set the table to do a 'Component Summary' What that means is you can include any Sequence fields and injection fields (such as sample name, injection number, date aquired etc - you chose from a list) and then the last columns are automatically analyte results for that injection sorted by any field. It is not recommended for a first playthrough - go beat the base, vanilla game first. Originally it was eqipped with an ELSD as well but, few days ago we disconnected it. I am working with an Agilent 1200 equippped with degasser, quaternary pump, autosampler and DAD.
